Adventurous Elopement at Casa del Mundo, Lake Atitlán

The stairways and terraces over the cliff offer unique angles for dynamic and artistic photography. It is a creative challenge that invites us to play with composition and landscape in a way few locations in the world allow. Although the day was a bit overcast and gloomy, the sun came out exactly at the right moment for me to meet Vianka and Vadim, a fun, spiritually connected couple who wanted to have a Mayan Union Ceremony with a traditional Aj'qij (Mayan Shaman) in a very special altar in the lake.
